Enable External Forwarding in Anti-spam Outbound Policies
Create a Shared mailbox with forwarding rule to report@{uuid}.jerichophishing.com
(contact support to get the specific address for your organization)
Configure User Reported Settings - connect Microsoft's built-in reporting capabilities to your newly created shared mailbox
