How it works

Section titled “Whitelist Jericho Security”Add Jericho’s IP addresses and domains to your email provider and security tools to reduce filtering of simulation emails. Send a pilot simulation to verify delivery and reporting before a wider campaign.
Add your employees
Section titled “Add your employees”Import employees manually, via CSV upload, or through a directory integration. Microsoft Entra ID and Okta use SCIM 2.0; Google Workspace uses Google authorization and directory sync.
Run a phishing simulation
Section titled “Run a phishing simulation”Create a campaign targeting your employees. Jericho sends realistic phishing emails and tracks who clicks, who submits credentials, and who reports the email.
Review results and assign training
Section titled “Review results and assign training”View detailed results in your dashboard and configure follow-up training for your campaigns where available.
